(WWJ) An accused flasher in Oakland County faces multiple charges, as authorities urge any additional victims to come forward.
The Oakland County Sheriff's Office says David Dexter Watkins of Pontiac was caught on surveillance video exposing himself to multiple shoppers in various area of a Meijer store in Rochester Hills last Saturday morning.
"Upon arrival, deputies spoke with three female complainants who all stated they witnessed a male exposing his erect penis," according to the sheriff's office report. "One of the complainants said he had asked her to look at it while shopping inside the store."
Among the victims was a woman who was shopping with her 3-year-old daughter, according to investigators.
Watkins, 30, was arrested and lodged in the Oakland County Jail.
He was arraigned in 52-3 District Court Tuesday on three counts of indecent exposure, and ordered held on a $15,000 cash/surety, 10% bond. If he's released, he must have no contact with the victims and cannot go to back to the Meijer store, at 3610 Marketplace Circle, near M-59.
As the investigation continues, any additional victims of Watkins’ alleged illegal behavior in the past are asked to call their local police department, or the sheriff's office at 248-858-4950.
Watkins is due back in court on Feb. 3
