HARRISON TWP. (WWJ) — A man has died after a mobile home fire broke out in Harrison Township Tuesday afternoon.
The Macomb County Sheriff's Office says a trailer fire was reported on Beland Street near Labelle Street — near Henry B Joy Boulevard, west of I-94.
The homeowner was found inside the trailer after the Harrison Township Fire Department was able to extinguish the fire, according to the sheriff's office.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man's age has not been released.
Sheriff's office fire investigators remain on the scene, looking into the cause of the fire.
