(WWJ) Bloomfield Township police are looking for a man who allegedly stole a $12,000 Rolex watch from another man's wrist.
Police say the victim was pumping gas at the Mobil State on Opdyke Road at South Boulevard last Saturday when a man came up and gave him a handful of jewelry and a $20 bill. The suspect told the man "Jesus wants you to have this stuff."
The victim tried to give the items back, but the man took off.
A short time later the victim realized his Rolex was missing. The watch is valued at $12,773.
The suspect was described as a 50-year-old, 5’9” white male, skinny/medium build with dark colored hair.
