(WWJ) Officials say the body of a 74-year-old man who fell overboard from a large boat in Lake St Clair has been recovered.
Officials said the search over the weekend was focused on an area between the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club and Pier Park in Grosse Pointe Farms, after a woman on the boat called 911 on Saturday to report that she could longer see the man in the water.
He was not wearing a life jacket.

Several local law enforcement agencies assisted in the intensive search effort.
A Coast Guard spokesman said the search was suspended early Sunday morning after all resources and efforts, both on the water and from the air, were exhausted.
On Tuesday, the Coast Guard issued an update stating that its Wayne County Marine Division recovered the man's body at around noon after it washed ashore near the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club in Grosse Pointe Shores.
The man's name was not released.
