
DETROIT (WWJ) Detroit Police are searching for the suspect in a drive-by shooting that led to the victim fatally crashing his car on the city’s southwest side.
Police said the victim was driving in the area of Liebold and Schaefer on Friday, November 29th, at 3:47 a.m. That’s when the suspect pulled up next to him and fired shots into the car, striking him.
The wounded victim lost control of his car, struck a pole and died; police said.
His name was not released.
Police said they are working to get more information about the gunman and his vehicle. No further details were given.
