DETROIT (WWJ) -- Detroit detectives are asking for tips from the public in a case of stolen lottery tickets.
At around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday May 9, investigators say the suspect walked into the 7-Eleven store at 2660 E. Jefferson, near Chene, and stole $450 worth of lottery tickets.
On Wednesday, the Detroit Police Department's 7th Precinct released surveillance photos of the man, who has yet to be identified.
It's not clear how the thief got ahold of the tickets, and no further information was released.
