PLYMOUTH (WWJ) -- Police are investigating an incident at a Wayne County Planet Fitness where a local woman says she was filmed while getting ready to tan.
It reportedly happened last month in Plymouth, when the woman stopped in for a quick workout and tan.

The woman, identified by WDIV as a "mother," said she noticed a man sitting in the waiting area, and later caught him peering over her with a cell phone while she was undressing. The mom told her story to the TV station, but asked not to be identified.
Charges have not been filed, but the TV station reported that police told the victim that the man was out on probation. Police said the suspect has a history of recording women in tanning facilities, and that he took another video of another woman on Feb. 12.
No other details have been released.
