(WWJ) - A missing teen from Flint has been found after he showed up in a live-stream in Twitch.
17-year-old Troy Coleman was last seen leaving his Flint Township home on May 21. He was not heard from again, according to authorities.
Earlier this week, Twitch streamers Clix and FaZe Lacy were filming at an outdoor Miami Beach restaurant when Coleman approached the pair and began talking to them. Someone watching the stream recognized Coleman and his brother was notified.
Coleman’s brother was able to speak to the streamers and get information from them.
Authorities say Coleman’s family has been in touch with him thanks to the information from the streamers.
The Flint Police and Coleman’s family are working to get him safely home.
At this time, it isn’t known why Coleman was in Miami.
