ST. CLAIR COUNTY (WWJ) - Police in St. Clair County are asking for the public's help in finding a missing man considered endangered after not having been seen or heard from in almost a month.
The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office said they are still looking for 31-year-old Kyle Garza who last spoke with his employer to let them know he was calling in sick on the morning of Sunday, Sept. 16.
Deputies said Garza gave his employer a few updates the same day, but communication stopped entirely. He disappeared, authorities said, and hasn't had any contact with anyone in four weeks.
Through their investigation, deputies tracked Garza's black 2008 F-150 pickup truck to 8 Mile Rd and Mound Road in Detroit. His credit card was last used at the Zoom MiniMart off of Plymouth Road on Sept. 17.
His phone pinged off cell phone tower in the area of Woodward and West Grand Blvd. before it was shut off on Sept 18.
Garza is described as is 5' 5" tall and weighs approximately 120 lbs with long brown hair. His F-150 has a license plate number of DLV3810.
"Kyle Garza is currently being considered missing and endangered due to his lack of communication to anyone," the sheriff's office said.
Anyone with any information on Garza or who may have seen or heard from him has been asked to call Detective Tim O'Donnell at 810-987-1731.
