The female driver did not have an I.D. and also gave troopers a false name, authorities said.

After further investigation, troopers successfully identified the driver as a Jackson County girl who was reported missing on Sept. 25.

While heading to the trooper’s post to arrange a guardian pick-up for her, the girl indicated that she may be pregnant as well as a victim of sex trafficking.

She was transported to a local hospital to undergo examination and will be reunited with her family later, said authorities.

Troopers stated that they believe she was trafficked in the city of Detroit.

Detectives from the Metro North Post are continuing to investigate and working to locate her traffickers.
