
MANISTIQUE (WWJ) -- A search is ongoing for a Northern Michigan woman who disappeared on an Upper Peninsula beach nearly a week ago.
Michigan State Police on Thursday said its Manistique Outpost and Gladstone Post are continuing to investigate the case of Kristen Terrian.
Terrian,39, was last seen at around 5:30 a.m. on Friday, August 2, on Michibay Beach near the Manistique Township Park, along the northern shores Like Michigan.
Terrian who lives in Gulivar, not far from that beach, is described as a white female, 5’,3” tall and weighing 100 lbs., with brown hair.
She was last seen wearing light blue jeans, a dark green long sleeve shirt with no shoes.
It's unclear if police suspect foul play. and there is no further information available at this time as to the circumstances of Terrian's disappearance.
