
(WWJ) – A 43-year-old man is facing a slew of charges after he was arrested during a traffic stop with drugs, a stolen gun and counterfeit cash.
Michigan State Police officials say troopers from the Lansing Post pulled the man over and then found he was in possession of a stolen firearm, ammunition, counterfeit bills, crack cocaine and meth.
Authorities did not say when or where the traffic stop and arrest took place.
The suspect’s name was not immediately released.
He has been charged with concealed carry, stolen firearm, felon in possession of firearm and ammunition, possession of counterfeit bills, possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, driving with a suspended license and no insurance on his vehicle.
It was not clear what prompted the traffic stop or when he will be arraigned.
