JACKSON COUNTY (WWJ) - Questions remain as troopers investigate into the death of a man that had been arrested by police in Jackson County earlier this month.
Michigan State Police Lt. Rene Gonzalez confirmed troopers were looking into what led to a man dying while in custody of the Columbia Township Police Department.
According to township police, the man was arrested about 9 a.m. on May 13 near the intersection of Lakeview Drive and Russell Court in southern Jackson County.
But exactly how the man died and when remains unclear.
