
(WWJ) – On Monday the United Auto Workers bargaining convention got underway in downtown Detroit with new UAW president Shawn Fain at the helm.
Over the next several days UAW members from across North America will be setting their priorities for upcoming negotiations with the Detroit 3 auto companies. After winning election, Fain declared it “a new day for the UAW.”
