DETROIT (WWJ) A shooting on Detroit's west side left one man dead, and another man in custody.
Police said the shooting happened on Friday, May 2nd, around 7:00 p.m. in a neighborhood on Evergreen near Tireman.
Officers took the suspect into custody and recovered the gun, according to police.
The victim's name was not released.
Investigators did not give any further information about the circumstances leading up to the shooting, or the relationship between the victim and the suspect, if any.
