(WWJ) A shooting outside of a restaurant in Inkster has left a person dead.
Michigan State Police told WWJ the gunfire broke out on Middlebelt, just west of Michigan Ave. around 7:05 p.m. Friday.
WDIV reports the suspect or suspects fired shots while customers were lined up outside Moe’s Fish & Chicken, according to witnesses.
No other details have been released, including the victim’s age, name or gender. No information has been released on a suspect.
“This investigation remains very fluid and no further information will be released at this time,” State Police tweeted. “Once we are able to release more without jeopardizing the investigation, we will post it…”
