FARMINGTON HILLS (WWJ) Farmington Hills Police are investigating a deadly pedestrian crash.
Investigators with the department's Traffic Safety Section said a driver traveling northbound on Middlebelt Road struck a woman walking in the roadway. It happened near Northwestern Highway on Wednesday, July 8, around 10 p.m.
First responders rushed the 55-year-old Warren woman to Corewell Hospital Farmington Hills, where she died from her injuries.
Authorities told WWJ the driver stayed at the scene and fully cooperated. They did not release the victim's name.
