(WWJ) Detroit police are searching for a man who reported missing from an Adult Foster Care home on the city's east side,
Samuel Holmes -- who has been diagnosed with severe dementia and depression -- was last seen on Thursday, November 5, at around 10 a.m.
According to police, Holmes walked away from his home, in 1700 block of E. Grand Blvd., Mt. Elliot St. and I-94, and did not return.
Holmes is described as 67-year-old male, 5'10" tall and around 150-160 lbs., with light complexion and short white hair. He was last seen wearing a pink coat and red pants.
