DETROIT (WWJ) Detroit Police are searching for a suspect in a deadly shooting on the city's west side.
Police say Dakarrie Adams is wanted in connection to the murder on Thursday, December 19th, at approximately 5:40 p.m., on Greenfield near Elmira--in the area of I-96 and the Southfield Freeway.

No further details were released about the circumstances leading up to the murder or the victim.
According to police; Adams was last seen wearing a dark-colored hat, glasses, a black jacket, black pants with "distinctive coloring on the front", and black shoes. He drove away in a white Chevy Trax, traveling north on Greenfield.
