TAYLOR (WWJ) - Police are searching for an alleged bandit snatching packages delivered to homes in Wayne County after several incidents were reported over the weekend.
The Taylor Police Department asked residents in the area of Goddard Road and Pardee Road to keep an eye out for a male suspect after police received several reports of stolen packages.
Police said one theft was reported on Feb. 16 between 1:30pm and 2 p.m., but several other cases allegedly involving the same man have happened since.

The suspect appears to be hitting different homes, but staying close to the same area near the intersection of Goddard and Pardee.
In their original "be on the lookout" advisory on social media, police released two images of the suspect captured on surveillance footage, but two other up-close photos from the weekend thefts were added in hopes that someone may recognize the man.
Police described the suspect as a thinner male, approx. 5'7" to 6'0" tall, wearing a white mask, a dark zip up jacket with a gray logo with white writing on the front and dark pants with grey shoes.
Anyone with any information on the incidents or the suspect has been asked to contact Det. Hinojosa (734) 287-6611, select option 3 and ext. 2027.
