SAGINAW (WWJ) — A Saginaw man was arrested by police after they say he called 911 to get his money back from a prostitute who didn't go through with a sex act.
As reported by Mlive, Saginaw Police Detective Sgt. Matthew Gerow said the man called 911 around 7:52 a.m. on Saturday Feb. 25 and asked that police come to his home in the 2100 block of Brockway Street.
The man wanted police to help him get back $10 that he paid a woman to perform a sex act, only she refused to do it.
According to Gerow, the woman was still at the home when police arrived. There was no physical altercation between the two, but they were both arrested.
The man faces a misdemeanor charge of accosting and solicitation and the woman on a charge of prostitution while the women faces a prostitution charge.
The man and the woman were both out on bond on prior home-invasion felonies, Gerow added.
