Shelby Township Police searching for endangered 16-year-old who went missing on Friday

The Shelby Township Police Department said 16-year-old Stephany Pickel was last seen in the area of W Utica and Mound Rd around 3 p.m. on Friday.

SHELBY TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - Police are acting fast to find an endangered teen who went missing in Shelby Township Friday afternoon.

The Shelby Township Police Department said 16-year-old Stephany Pickel was last seen in the area of W Utica and Mound Rd around 3 p.m. on Friday.

Pickel was described as standing around 5' 7" tall and weighing 140 lbs. She has brown hair with a blue dyed streak and was last known to be wearing a purple hoodie and black reindeer pajamas.

Police said anyone with information is urged to call the Shelby Township Police Department at 586-731-2121 ext 3. Tipsters can also submit information on their Crime Watch website.
