(WWJ) Two suspects accused of firing shots into a "Sweet 16" birthday party at a Troy hotel remain on the run.
Police say the suspects shot five rounds into a hotel room through a sliding, glass door inside Hawthorn Suites on Livernois near I-75 around 4 a.m. Saturday morning.
Four teens from Detroit and Roseville were at the party, according to police.
Luckily, no one was struck or injured.
A motive for the shooting, if any, is not known. The suspects were seen running from the scene.
The suspects are described as two Black males, 18 to 22, of medium height and medium build. One was in a gray hooded sweatshirt. A K9 team lead officers to the area of the post office on Livernois near Big Beaver, where the suspects may have driven away in a car.
