DETROIT (WWJ) -- There was plenty of smoke, but no injuries reported in a fire Tuesday morning in Detroit's Greektown entertainment district.
Detroit Fire Deputy Commissioner Dave Fornell said the fire broke out late in the morning in a mobile backup generator that was out on the street, near Greektown Casino.
"As you can see. quite of bit of smoke, again flames coming out of it in the past," WWJ's Charlie Langton reported from the scene, on Beaubien St. near Monroe.
Firefighters responded to the scene to douse the flames, and Detroit Police blocked off public access to the area.

There were reports of power problems at the casino, but Fornell said there were no evacuations and no one was hurt.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
