SOUTHFIELD (WWJ) -- Southfield Police are searching for a 12-year-old girl who went missing Wednesday evening.
Police said Summer Brown was last seem at around 6 p.m. on July 10, outside her home at 22600 block of Saratoga in St., in the area of 9 Mile Rd. and Greenfield in Southfield.
Investigators do not suspect foul play at this time, as police say it's believed that she is "voluntarily missing" — or, in other words, a runaway.
Summer is described as a Black female 5'3" and around 200 lbs. with brown eyes, and black hair worn in braids. She was last seen wearing a grey/black sweatshirt, black adidas shorts and black shoes.
