
PORT HURON (WWJ) A St. Clair County man was arrested and charged during a illegal drug investigation in Port Huron, sheriffs' officials said.
The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office said their Drug Task Force conducted an investigation into the sale of cocaine at a home on Brookstone, in the area of I-94 and Ravenwood.
Investigators took the suspect into custody at a traffic stop.
Sheriff's officials said a search of his address revealed "a quantity of cocaine, a large amount of prescription pills (analogues)", U.S. currency and ammunition.
Brandon Cannon, 31, was arraigned on possession with intent to deliver analogues, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of ammunition by a felon, and maintaining a drug house.
He was given a bond of $50,000/10%.
The Port Huron Major Crimes Unit and the St. Clair County Special Response Team assisted with the investigation.
