MONROE (WWJ) -- Just in time for Memorial Day weekend, Sterling State Park in Monroe is opening its first-ever cabin lodging.
The campground has 10 permanent waterfront cabins, that sleep up to seven people. Each cabin also features a full bathroom and kitchen.
Many weekends this summer are already booked, but weekday dates are still available.
Cabin rental is $170 per night, and the campground requires a two-night minimum.
Find out more about the cabins and how you can make reservations on the Michigan DNR website.
