DETROIT (WWJ) -- A Detroit High School went into lockdown on Tuesday after a stray bullet hit a window.
According to officials with the Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD), no students or staff were injured in the incident, late in the morning of October 27.
A DPSCD statement said the shooting took place in the neighborhood and outside of Osborn High School, on Seven Mile Road, near Hoover Street.
The school was placed on lockdown, and all students were moved to the auditorium.
Authorities said they do not believe that the school was the target of the shooting, although officials did not say what led to the gunfire.
The suspects were arrested by police. Their names and other details were not immediately released.
