Tonawanda, NY (WBEN) Town of Tonawanda Police say they have a person in custody in connection with a suspicious death Monday night. They say a man is charged with killing his wife.
Officers responded to 41 Tillotson Place in the Town of Tonawanda to check the welfare of a person there.
Once there, Police Officers discovered 59 year old Maville Ruiz dead. They say no one else was inside the home.
50 year old Jose Ruiz Jr. has been charged with first degree manslaughter and will be arraigned Tuesday night.
