(WWJ/AP) Three men killed in a triple shooting at an apartment building in Indiana were from the "Detroit area", according to authorities.
Muncie Police Chief Nate Sloan said officers found the bodies of metro Detroit residents Adrian George Jr., 30, Devonte Hollis, 25, and Terrence Thomas, 27, at the apartment Friday around noon in the town about 60 miles northeast of Indianapolis.
No further details were released about exactly which local cities the victims were from.
FOX 59, Indianapolis' FOX affiliate, reports a call lead police to the victims. It remains unclear how long it took for officers to find them.
However, neighbors told FOX 59 they heard shots overnight.
Autopsies are slated to be conducted over the weekend. A motive for the shooting also remains unknown. No arrests have been made.
