TAYLOR (WWJ) -- Taylor police are trying to find out if there are more victims of a man who squirted lotion on two women at a local Target store.
Taylor Police said the man was arrested in August after detectives used security video to view his interactions with two women, inside the Target near Southland Mall.
In one case, the man told a shopper she had lotion on her backside, and she went to her car to check to see if she'd sat in something. She didn't immediately alert store security.
Another woman told detectives that the man was making conversation with her, went to another aisle and then came back and sprayed lotion onto her backside. She was wiping off the lotion when he said he'd help, and then touched her butt, police said.
Police had to let the suspect go after the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office declined to file charges.
Police advise women to be aware of their surroundings at all times, and they're asking any other victims to come forward.
Anyone with information about additional incidents should give the police department a call at 734-287-6611.
