(WWJ) Do you know this man? He's not a suspect, but the Oakland County Sheriff's Office wants to speak with him about a shooting.

Officials said surveillance video from the Huron Liquor Store on E. Huron St. shows a customer paying for his items last Thursday night, when another man came in and began punching him.

During the fight, it's alleged the customer drew a handgun at least two shots were fired.

The 26-year old gunman, who officials said has a Concealed Pistol License (CPL), went home, had his mother call police and was arrested.

The 34-year-old shooting victim, who was shot twice -- in the chest and pelvic area -- was taken to a local hospital where he died the next day.

In the course of its investigation, the sheriff's office has identified a potential witness to the shooting, seen in security camera images released on Tuesday, and is looking to interview him regarding the series of events leading up to the shooting.

Anyone who can identify this witness is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800- SPEAK-UP (1-800-773-2587). There is a $1,000 reward and you will remain anonymous.

Once the investigation is complete, the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office will determine what, if any charges will be filed against the shooter.
