Two drivers walk away from serious rollover crash in Warren after victim claims Camaro blew through red light, T-boned Jeep

WARREN (WWJ) - Two drivers were lucky to walk away unscathed from a serious rollover crash in Warren after a muscle car allegedly ran a red light and crashed into a Jeep early Tuesday morning.

WWJ's Charlie Langton reported live from the scene on Mound Road and 9 Mile earlier, stating the victim, a 37-year-old Detroit resident Yousef Mosleh, had to be extracted from his white Jeep.

"And yet, no injuries, amazing," Langton added.

Mosleh told Langton that he was traveling northbound down Mound around 4:45 a.m. when a speeding Camaro blew through a red lights on eastbound 9 Mile and struck his vehicle, flipping it over and pinning him inside.

"Because of my car flipped, they were like, just wait until the firetruck come," Mosleh said. "So the firetruck came and they had to rip off the front shield, they got me out."

If there's a bright side to the incident, Mosleh said it was only their two vehicles involved in the collision and that no one was hurt.

"I mean, there's no bright side, but I'm all right, thank God," the victim stated.

Langton said the Camaro driver was able to get out of his car before he was questioned by police. Mosleh stated that police then took the at-fault driver with them, but not to the hospital.

"No, probably to the station to give him a ticket or so," Langton added.

The intersection was blocked off for at least an hour an a half as crews worked to clear the scene. The area has been been reopened.

The crash remains under investigation this hour and no other details were released by police.
