TAYLOR (WWJ) – The Taylor Police Department say the parents of two children found wandering early Friday morning have been located.
Officers found the children outside, sometime before 5:30 a.m. They did not give the specific location of where the children were found.
Police put out a photo of the children sitting in a police car with blankets.
