GAYLORD (WWJ) Two Northern Michigan men on parole were arrested for allegedly distributing methamphetamines in a school zone.
In a statement on X; Michigan State Police Seventh District said detectives with the Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement (SANE), Huron Undercover Narcotics Team (HUNT) and Gaylord Police officers executed a search warrant on Thursday, November 21st, at a home in Gaylord.
Detectives seized at least 88 grams of drugs, $1,000 in cash, and a vehicle.
A Gaylord man, 35, was arrested for delivering methamphetamine three times and delivery of a schedule four narcotic in a school zone. A Grayling man, 35, was arrested for delivery of methamphetamine in a school zone and maintaining a drug vehicle. Both were out on parole.
The two men are housed at the Otsego County Jail awaiting arraignment.
