
(WWJ) Two young boys are missing from Oakland County Children’s Village in Pontiac.
The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office say both children, 12 and 15, ran away from non-detention housing on North Telegraph near Pontiac Lake Road around 8:12 p.m. Thursday night.
Deputies spoke with staff members and began their investigation. Staff did not know the clothing the boys had been wearing or which direction they travelled.
They have been entered into Law Enforcement Information Network (LEIN) as runaways.
Their names or pictures have not been released. One of the boys is described as white, 12 years old, 5’4” and 120 lbs with blonde hair and green eyes. He is a resident of Wixom.
The other is white, 15 years old, 5’8”, 116 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He is a resident of Waterford Township.
