(WWJ) Police in the Macomb County's Utica are asking for tips from the public to identify a suspect in a theft at a local gym.
The Utica Police Department released a series of surveillance photos of a man who was at the Planet Fitness location on Schoenherr Rd. in the Shelby Corners shopping center, and "left with the wrong gym bag."
Det/Sgt. Greg Morabito wants help to ID the person, who was wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts. He is seen in the photos carrying the bag, and also standing at what appears to be a gas station checkout counter.
He drove away in a red Ford Escape, police said, also seen in a photo provided by the department.
No other details, including about where exactly the bag was when it was taken, where released.
