EASTPOINTE (WWJ) - A crash involving a Roseville police cruiser left some witnesses shaken after the patrol car flipped in Macomb County on Saturday afternoon.
A witness identified as Michelle called into the WWJ Newsroom shortly after the incident around 1 p.m. and reported a police car was involved in what appeared to be a serious crash in the area of Gratiot and Stevens.
The Eastpointe Police Department confirmed the crash with WWJ and said someone had slammed into a cruiser from the Roseville Police Department, causing it to go tumble over.
Police said at this time there were no serious injuries.
The circumstances that lead up to the crash remain unclear, but an investigation is ongoing.
