ROSEVILLE (WWJ) -- Police are searching for a woman who allegedly robbed a bank, earlier this month in Macomb County.

Releasing surveillance photos of the suspect and her vehicle on Thursday, Crime Stoppers of Michigan announced a $1,000 cash reward for the tip that leads to her arrest.


At 12:15 p.m. on Friday, October 6, police said the suspect walked into the Comerica Bank branch at 25300 Kelly Road, between 10 Mile Road and Church Street in Roseville, and approached the teller.

Police said suspect passed a note to the teller demanding money, and the teller complied, handing over undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect then fled the area in an older model, silver, four-door sedan.

The suspect was described as short, heavier-set female in her 50s, speaking with a heavy accent.

She was wearing a full-length black cloak with a head covering and a veil, and spoke with a heavy accent.
