DETROIT (WWJ) -- Detroit Police are looking for a man accused of running down a dollar store employee with a U-HAUL truck.
The incident was caught on camera April 5 at a dollar store in the 12500 block of Grand River Ave., near Fullerton on Detroit's west side.
According to the police department, the suspect stole something from the store and an employee confronted the man.
The suspect got into the U-HAUL, hit the employee with the vehicle and then tried again to run him over.
Police said suspect got away, and the victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of his injuries.
