
WARREN (WWJ)— A Warren man has been arraigned for allegedly sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl in his home.
Prosecutors said the crime happened on Sunday, June 16th. James Dandre Hall is charged with First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with the Defendant being over 17 years old and the victim being under 13-years-old, a life felony and Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with the Defendant being over 17 years old and the victim being under 13-years-old, a 15 year felony.
He was given a $100,000 bond cash/surety, and if released, he cannot have any contact with the victim or minors.
“I take protecting children very seriously. My office will make this man accountable for his alleged actions," Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido said in a press release.
He is due back in court for a probable cause hearing on July 2nd.
