(WWJ) A Macomb County teenager has been charged as an adult in shooting during the making of a music video.

Joshua Dismuke, 17, of Warren, was arraigned on nine criminal counts in 38th District Court in Eastpointe on Friday: One count of Assault with Intent to Murder, one count of Tampering with Evidence, one count of Lying to a Police Officer, Assaulting/Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer, and five gun charges.

According to prosecutors, Dismuke allegedly shot a young man at a home where Dismuke and other people were gathered to make a music video.

The alleged shooter ran from the scene after the shooting, but was later arrested.

Dismuke, who is being held on a $1 million bond, faces up to life in prison if convicted as charged.

He'll be back in court for a hearing later this month.
