(WWJ) A woman from Indiana is facing felony charges after a police chase in Oakland County, Michigan.
The incident unfolded late last Friday night, at a Mobil gas station in the 2900 block of Walton Blvd, in Rochester Hills.
Oakland County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call about a woman who got into a man's Dodge Dart, drove it away from the gas pumps, and allegedly stole two watches, some cash and a bag of firearm magazines from the vehicle.
She got out of that car, a witness reported, but then got into another man's Dodge Ram pickup. When she was confronted by that vehicle's owner, she got out.
The suspect — described as white female wearing an orange t-shirt and a baseball cap, between the ages of 45-50 — was then seen pulling away from the gas station in a silver/gray Ford F-150 pickup.

A short time later, a OSCO deputy spotted the suspect vehicle in a nearby parking lot, but the driver sped away, according to the sheriff's office.
Dispatch was given the vehicle's description and license plate information which returned as a stolen vehicle out of the State of Indiana.
With lights and siren activated, deputies chased the woman at high speeds westbound on Walton Blvd. from Adams Rd. toward Auburn Hills.
The driver made a U-turn on Walton toward the City of Rochester with deputies in pursuit.
The chase ended in Rochester after City of Rochester Police deployed stop sticks on Walton, east of Livernois, puncturing the pickup's tires.
Th pickup struck a brick paver wall at East University and Elizabeth Street.
The woman — identified as 50-year-old Colleen Margaret Staker, also known as Colleen Margaret Yantis, of Trafalgar, Indiana — wasn't injured in the crash, officials said.
She was cleared by EMS, arrested and taken to the Oakland County Jail.
Staker was arraigned Monday on two felony counts of Unlawful Driving Away of an Automobile, and one count of Fleeing and Eluding. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or 10%.
The sheriff's office said Staker has no prior criminal history and that alcohol was not a factor in this incident.
Further court proceedings are pending.
