(WWJ) Authorities are asking for tips from the public as they actively search for a missing woman in Washtenaw County.
The Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office said Kathleen Silkworth was last seen at the adult-care home where she lives in 7000 block of Dexter-Pinckney Rd. in Dexter at around 3:30 pm on Thursday, July 8.
"Kathleen is in a wheelchair and we would really like to get her back into the care of those responsible for her." the sheriff's office said, reaching out for information on Friday.
Anyone who has seen this missing woman or who knows of her whereabouts is asked to call the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office at 734-971-8400.
