PONTIAC (WWJ) -- Oakland County detectives are reaching out to the public for help as they investigate the case of a missing woman.
Qiana Nicole Allen, 40, hasn't been seen since before Thursday, June 23, when she didn't show up for her scheduled work shift at a McDonald's restaurant in Auburn Hills.
According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, Allen spoke to her mother on the phone that day, but her family hasn't heard from her since.
Officials say Allen's mother lives in California, and Allen has two registered addresses: one in Sacramento, CA, and another on Firelite Lane, near Telegraph Road and Kennett in Pontiac.
The mother told detectives her daughter usually stays in touch with her by phone, but that Allen's phone is now either disconnected or turned off.
The mom, investigators said, is worried that her daughter may not be taking her prescribed medication.
Allen is described as 5'4'' tall and weighing around 130 lbs., with black hair.
Anyone who has seen Allen, or who may have information about her whereabouts, is asked to call the OCSO at 248-858-4950. To remain anonymous, tipsters can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up (800-773-2587), or send in a tip at this link.
