A worker at Oakland County Children's Village has been charged with the videotaping of minors.
Mark Brasmer, 38, is accused of taping young girls at the Meijer store in Rochester Hills and in other public spaces.
The last incident took place April 9.

The juvenile detention center suspended Brasmer when the allegations came to light.
