SHELBY TOWNSHIP (WWJ) A single-vehicle crash in Shelby Township left one dead and another injured.
Shelby Township Police said the crash happened shortly after midnight on Friday, June 12, in the area of 22 Mile and Ryan Road.
Officers say a 23-year-old Macomb Township man became trapped inside his vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. A 23-year-old Roseville woman was ejected and transported to a local hospital for treatment; her condition was not released.
Authorities did not release the name of the deceased, nor the circumstances leading up to the crash. They say alcohol is believed to be a factor.
