Northshore authorities in New Orleans say they got a call about a man taking his clothes off in the parking lot of a local home improvement store -- and then things turned even more strange.
Eventually, the man was discovered to be hiding in one of the display sheds on the property or as police posted on Facebook, "Slidell Police were dispatched to the parking lot of Lowe’s, in reference to a naked male in one of their ‘display’ tool sheds."
A responding officer searched several sheds before finding the suspect.
"He observed a man supine on his back, pants down to his ankles," according to the SPD. "Next to the man was an open bottle of Vaseline and an electronic device."
The man reportedly complied with orders to pull up his pants and turn over to be handcuffed. He allegedly told officers he was watching You Tube and masturbating.
"The man (not from Slidell), was booked into the Slidell City Jail for LA Revised Statute 14:106 (Obscenity)."
It happened on Mother's Day around 5 pm.
