Dustin Rocheleau, 24, was arrested by police and charged on an 8-count Felony Warrant related to firearms charges stemming from the incident that occurred on April 28, 2021.

Video released by the Livonia Police Department showed the Garden City man pulling a weapon on someone going through the drive-thru after it appears they disagreed over something.

Police said that the argument started about how the customers would pay for their food. Investigators then say that Rocheleau pointed a gun at them, and once they left, he took off from the fast-food establishment.

Police found him a short time later, as depicted in the video, with a gun in his backpack.

Rocheleau is expected to appear in court later this week for the charges brought against him.
