Officials say kids need to stop using FRIGG silicone pacifiers immediately. According to the recall, the pacifiers have a fine slit on the silicone nipple that can cause it to detach from the plastic shield.

The Houston-based importer Mushie & Co says there have been more than 200 reports of this happening worldwide, but no injuries have been reported.

The defective pacifiers were sold between April and December last year for $8 each and $15 for a pack of two on Amazon, Mushie's website and retailers TJ Maxx, Lil' Tulips, Olivia & Jade Company and SpearmintLOVE.

The came in more than 40 colors and the word FRIGG is written in raised letters on the handle.
